Postpartum Strength & Stretch 
Level 1 

Best for: Those 6+ weeks postpartum


Rebuild your strength, restore core stability, and ease tension in a supportive small-group setting. This baby- and child-friendly program (you can bring your older child too!) blends targeted strength exercises with Pilates- and yoga-inspired stretches to help you move with confidence and tackle the demands of motherhood.

 

What to Expect:

Core-focused strength training to promote stability and strength

Gentle stretching to relieve tension and reduce stress

Personalized attention in an small group setting

A welcoming space where your baby and/or older child is welcome to join

Take your strength to the next level. This progressive program builds upon the foundations of Level 1, introducing new challenges, impact exercises, and deeper core work—all while maintaining a safe and effective approach.

 

What to Expect:

Advanced strength training for postpartum recovery

Personalized attention in an small group setting

Safe progression into impact-based exercises

Mobility work for balance, flexibility, and range of motion

This circuit-style class combines strength and conditioning to help you feel strong, energized, and ready for the demands of motherhood. With rotating stations and a mix of dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight movements, every class keeps you challenged and engaged.

 

What’s Included:

Full-body strength and conditioning workouts

A rotating focus on different strength, skill, or movement patterns

This class blends safe, stabilizing core work with strength training and mindful movement to help you feel strong and prepared for labor, delivery, and beyond. No previous Pilates experience required.

Fundamental Movement Stations – Through running, jumping, climbing, balancing, and throwing, kids develop foundational movement skills that boost confidence and physical literacy.

 

Games & Play-Based Learning – From obstacle courses to action-packed group games, kids stay active, engaged, and having a blast while fostering teamwork and social skills.
